General conditions of rent and payment
We take reservations for a minimum of two (2) nights (supplement : 10€ per night)
An advance of 30% at the time of reservation
Payment by check, IBAN or by credit card through PayPal (4.5 % extra fee)
The totality of the payment is to be paid from your arrival
Rooms are available at 2:00 pm and check-out before 11:00.
Rooms and Studio are no smoking
Cancellation policy
If cancellation occurs 4 weeks prior to your stay, we will refund your deposit entierly.
If concellation occurs within the last 4 weeks, we will do our best to reimburse the deposit, if only we manage to refill the whole vacancy.
